การประกอบติดตั้ง

1. คลี่กล่องออกจากมัด แผ่ออกลงบนพื้นราบ ที่แข็งแรง ตามรูป

Open the bundle and unfold each unit.







2. ประกอบ ขึ้นรูปกล่อง โดย ยกแต่ละแผ่นขึ้น ในแนวตั้งดิ่ง                   

Lift the sides, the ends and the diaphragms of each unit into vertical position.







3. ทุกโครงถัก ยึดแผ่นตะแกรง ที่ขอบโครงทุกด้าน ด้วยลวดผูก  ที่จัดไว้ให้ โดยพันรัดลวดหนึ่งหรือสองรอบ (ตามรูปในข้อที่ 2) เมื่อพันเสร็จให้งอปลายที่เหลือเข้าเป็นปมด้านใน  จากนั้น จึงดึงแผ่นกั้นกลางให้ตั้งตรง และยึดกับแผ่นข้างด้วยวิธีเดียวกัน ปริมาณลวดพันไม่น้อยกว่า 5 % ของน้ำหนักตัวกล่อง
   

   Attach the sides of four corners together with binding wire fastener or with lacing wire and the diaphragms to the front and back of the gabion. Secure the ends of the lacing wire at each corner with triple loops from the top to the bottom. Binding wire quantity would be at least 5 % of gabion/mattress weight.

   

   
   

4. หลังจากวางกล่อง ตามตำแหน่งที่เหมาะสม และ ยึดกล่องทุกกล่อง เข้าด้วยกันให้ได้แนวแล้ว  ให้ใส่หินจนเต็มทุกกล่องทุกมุม ของกล่อง แต่ละกล่องต้องผูกยึดติดกัน ให้แข็งแรง จากนั้น  จึงปิดฝากล่อง  พร้อมผูกยึด เข้าด้วยกัน
   

    After filling the stone, the lids are then laced down securely. Adjacent  boxes or  mattresses  should be  connected  using the  same  procedure  and   always  lace  selvedge  wire to selvedge wire.
